Cell C giga bundles online

Hi all,
Does anyone know if you can buy cell C 365 day data bundles online on a new sim?

Last time I had to go in to the store to activate it, but when it ran out I could now buy a new bundle online.

Now a friend wants to get a new Cell C sim in a dual sim phone. So if he goes to buy a new sim at pick n pay, and Rica's the sim. Can you then just load the bundle online and pay with credit card, without having to go into yo Cell C shop?
