First off the password for both my accounts got changed :mad:
When I managed to get a password reset token and reset my password, it is to find that there is absolutely no billing information or billing history of any kind at all.
When will the monthly bill be sent out? I haven't received it yet.
Did the database suffered a destructive meltdown at any point recently? :confused:
