So I found this really weird. Two weeks ago I tried to take out a Cell C contract at the iStore for the iPhone 6s. So there I go documentation in hand. Paperwork done and I was told that the Cell C back end systems are down and they cannot process and Cell C contracts. Systems go down from time to time, and this is Cell C we're talking about, so I guess I could live with a few days down time.
Two weeks later, after numerous calls and emails to the iStore manager, they are still struggling with the back end systems.
Is this just an isolated case or has anyone else experienced this?
Before you say just go get it straight from Cell C. I could. But I was told that I would not be able to take out the iCare + warranty if i get it though Cell C.
I'm quite a patient person but this is starting to grate my nose
