Help disabling the automatic receiving of MMS/WAP/GPRS settings

@Cell_C Is is possible to disable the automatic receiving of MMS/WAP/GPRS settings each time I put my SIM card in a different phone?

I change my SIM between 3 phones a day (developing apps) and receiving these settings each time gets pretty frustrating.
