Ripped off by Cell C on new contract

I signed up a new data contract at cellc on 30 aug 2014
And this turned out to be a nightmare
The package I signed up for was the giga20 topup for R189 pm for 12 months
Both manager and Ssles person were aware of the package I wanted
Last weekend I got an email withy statement saying I am going to be billed R1063
I immediately contacted the manager and told him personally about the matter
He told me don't worry I will sort it out its a billing issue
On Monday morning the debit order goes off my account for the R1063 and not R189
I called the manager he told him about he said he will
Sort it out and get me my refund
3 days later no news from him I called him and he told me still waiting for response from accounts division
I called cellc customer care they were insistent they cannot help me and that I must go back to the store
Finally after auguring with them
They said would give a ref no and log a case
And now they say they changed me to an open package
Now they want to give me a bill shock
I am totally disgusted and I am going to take this to consumer protection act and also take legal chargers against cell c for the matter
All I wanted is giga20 on topup for R189 a month as advertised by cell c
And I have in writing what I signed and agreed
Please cell give my money back
