Cell C advertise that as of 1 October they have a new Smart Data Plan as described in the link below. If you want to use this service there is no USSD code on their *147# system, only the normal data recharge. Calling the customer service number (140) the customer service operator does not know what I'm talking about, they only know about the new Social Media Bundle. Is Cell C once again trying to pull the wool over our eyes or is it big corporate cell service provider taking us for a ride as usual?
